Terms of Sale

1. Seller identity

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through paulraphael.photography, operated by [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME] ("Paul Raphael Studio").

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all contracts for the sale of artworks through the Site between Paul Raphael Studio and private consumers or business buyers.

3. Reservations, prices, and payment

While the site is operating in reservation mode, clicking "Reserve this piece" sends an enquiry only. A reservation request is not a confirmed sale until Paul Raphael Studio confirms availability, final price, shipping, tax, billing details, and payment instructions in writing.

When checkout or payment links are enabled, approved prices are shown in EUR and payment is due before shipment through the studio's configured payment provider.

4. Cancellation rights and Art. 16(c) exemption

Lightbox artworks are custom and/or limited works. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply where Art. 16(c) exemption is valid.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines vary by destination. For non-EU deliveries, import duties and fees may apply.

6. Transfer of ownership

Ownership transfers when payment is received in full.

7. Defects and returns

Defective or transit-damaged works are covered by applicable statutory rights. Contact us promptly with photographic evidence.

8. Intellectual property

Purchase transfers ownership of the physical work only. Copyright remains with Paul Raphael.

9. Limitation of liability

Liability is limited to the purchase price except where law prohibits limitation.

10. Governing law and disputes

Greek law applies, subject to mandatory local consumer protections where applicable.
