How return review works for digital starter-kit purchases, duplicate orders, mistaken tiers, and failed delivery situations.
Plain-language frame
These launch pages make the purchase boundary inspectable before payment: what you can use, what stays protected, how purchase support works, and which hosted services are not included unless a separate offer says so.
The starter kit is a digital product. Once access has been delivered and used, payment reversal is generally not available unless required by law or separately agreed in writing.
If payment succeeds but delivery fails, contact alec@soekan.com from the buyer email address so we can reissue access or investigate the order.
Duplicate purchases from the same buyer can be reviewed for payment reversal when the duplicate can be verified.
If you bought the wrong tier, contact support before using or distributing the kit so we can evaluate a correction.
Payment reversal is not available for purchases connected to redistribution, resale, access sharing outside the license, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass delivery controls.
Soekan Design, LLC may revoke future access links or refuse support when a license breach is identified.

Return decisions are made case by case and may depend on delivery status, kit use, and the applicable legal requirements for your jurisdiction.
