The short version.
These launch pages make the purchase boundary inspectable before payment: what you can use, what stays protected, how purchase support works, and which hosted services are not included unless a separate offer says so.
What you can do
You own what you build with the starter kit. There is no revenue share, no attribution requirement, and no per-deploy fee.
An indie license covers use for one brand identity by a team under the published revenue threshold. An enterprise license covers organization-wide internal use for eligible organizations.
What you cannot do
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or package the starter kit itself as a competing starter kit, template product, or resale artifact.
You may not pass the kit to clients, vendors, or unrelated teams outside the license grant unless your purchase or signed agreement explicitly allows it.
Updates and support
Launch-window purchases include starter-kit updates through the current major launch line. Later major versions, hosted access, and custom implementation work may be separate purchases.
Support starts by replying to the delivery email or using the contact route on kbpd.ai. Custom response times are not guaranteed unless a separate written agreement says so.
Hosted service boundary
The included local tools read the files in the kit you download. They do not require a hosted account.
Hosted access is a separate future service with its own account experience, buyer controls, support model, and service terms.
